Returns and Refunds Policy

At elle tongs, your satisfaction is important to us. We carefully check every product before shipping, but if there is an issue, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order details and a photo of the issue.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags/manuals (if any).

  • Once approved, our courier partner will arrange the return pickup.

Refunds

  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are issued as follows:

    • If the order is returned and approved, we will issue a replacement or a store credit (coupon/voucher) equal to the value of your purchase.

    • We currently do not provide cash refunds or bank transfers.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g., opened cookware, used appliances, or storage items that show signs of use). These will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after delivery if it meets the conditions above.
